Requirements for LAT
(Law Admission TEST)
HEC Pakistan

1. Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent/grade 12 education

2. Bayform / CNIC

3. Picture in digital format such as jpg

4. Mobile Number to receive HEC codes

5. Email Address for HEC portal, login, notifications, codes etc (permanent email recommended)

6. Paid HEC LAT fee in ETC HEC Bank account according to their announcement or notification.
   Bank account information is mentioned on announcement or notification.
   Fee amount is different every time which also is mentioned in announcement or notification by HEC.

Note:
Every student requires separate email address and mobile number or else hec portal wont accept

Who can Apply

1. Students who have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent/grade 12 education.

2. Students who have appeared in the final examination of HSSC or equivalent/grade 12 education and are awaiting results.

Note:

1. Law Admission Test (LAT) Result is valid for 2 Years. Meaning you can take admission within 2 Years of passing LAT.

2. Law Admission Test (LAT) is held only in major cities like Lahore & Rawalpindi etc.

3. You are required to have 50 marks out of 100 at minimum to pass Law Admission Test (LAT).

LAT has no set of books the can be recommended.

If you want to purchase a good book for LAT then Purchase the book that has been published in the same year within few month of LAT TEST date. Book should contain newest material that happened within that year. Government Announcements, International Updates, Islamic details, etc
